    Returns, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

    Return policy

    NaleBeaut has a strict NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE after 5 days of receiving the package. This is due to unsanitary, health and safety concerns. Please ensure you’re ordering the correct item and review the description of the item before checking out. Please also check the package to make sure it is correct and in good state.

    In an unlikely event of receiving the wrong unit /hair or the unit/hair is faulty WITHIN THE 5 DAYS, kindly communicate immediately via WhatsApp to 0716429483. Pleased share pictures or videos of the faulty unit, our team shall do an investigation and then confirm if it is indeed faulty. Once that is done, we will the gladly accept the package back with no extra cost and fix the issue. Kindly ensure the following before shipping the item back to us:

    1. The lace has not been cut.
    2. The item has not been worn or tampered with
    3. The item is still in its original form and packaging.

    If the customers decide to cancel and return the order WITHIN THE 5 days provided

    3. The item is still in its original form and packaging they will be subjected to a 10% banking transactions fee from the total amount plus cancellation penalties. Shipping fee is not refundable. Return Shipping fee is also subjected to the sender.

    If the customer finds an issues with the unit/hair after 5 days of receiving the package and has not contacted out WhatsApp within the 5 day period after receiving the package, we will consider it as wear and tear and are not liable.

    Return shipping fees are subject to the sender.

    Cancellation policy

    • Orders cancelled after 24hours are subjected to 5% transactional fee from the total amount and pay-out takes 3-7 working days to be processed.
    • Orders cancelled after 48hours are subjected to 5% transactional fee and 5% cancellation fee from the total amount which makes a total of 10% and pay-out takes 3-7 working days to be processed.
    • All Demo products sales are final.
    • Bundles that are bought individually and not as wigs cannot be returned for a refund or a change.

    Shipping policy

    1. The Customer has option of collection through an arranged appointment. 
    2. The Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email or WhatsApp as soon as your order departs our facilities. *Please note that once packages have left our facility and received by Aramex, courier guy, DHL or through POSTNET. Once you have received your tracking information, the customer has the responsibility to track, trace and communicate with the above companies regarding their package.
    3. Our standard shipping frame is between 7-14 business days (Monday to Friday and it excludes holidays) after 48 hours payment processing time. *Processing time is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.  All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis. *
    4. We will not be held liable for any delays due to incorrect shipping & billing addresses.
    5. NALEBEAUT will not be held accountable for any packages lost or delayed in transit.  Transit insurance is available upon request.
